La Cultura - una fuerza evolutiva? / Culture, an evolutionary force?
En un interesante articulo publicado esta semana por en New York Times, el periodista cientifico Nicholas Wade informa de la teoria que a raiz de la tecnologia humana, la que ha impedido la seleccion natural actue por medio de las restricciones tradicionales como Pandemias, Hambrunas o el Clima, a permitido que otras fuerzas entren en accion para configurar la evolucion de la humanidad: su Cultura.
La idea de que los genes y la Cultura Coevolucionan esta siendo propuesta por Robert Boyd de la Universidad de California, Los Angeles, y Peter J. Richerson de la University de California, en Davis.
